Forum IA Québec is a non-for-profit that started its activities in April 2020. Its creation stems from Recommendation 12 of the Strategy for the Development of Quebec’s Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem that the AI Cluster Steering Committee presented in 2018 to the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec (MEIE).
MEIE is Forum IA Québec’s main financial partner.
